The WATERAX B2X™ series delivers the optimal combination of pressure and volume for wildland-urban interface operations. These versatile 2-stage centrifugal pumps produce flows up to 310 GPM and pressures up to 200 PSI, making them ideal for dual attack lines, booster reels, water transfer, and structure protection.

Designed for OEM fire apparatus manufacturers, the B2X uses a proven low-maintenance belt drive system that provides efficient and dependable performance. The quick-release clamp allows pump end changes in minutes without disassembling the complete unit.

Available with 18-23 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, 21 HP Honda GX630, or 25 HP Kubota diesel engines. The larger 3" intake and 2-1/2" discharge connections handle high-volume water transfer with minimal friction loss.

  • High Volume Output

    Up to 310 GPM free flow with 3" NPT/4" Victaulic intake and 2-1/2" NPT/3" Victaulic discharge. Run dual 1-1/2" attack lines or a 2-1/2" supply line simultaneously.

  • Quick-Release Pump End

    Hand-tight clamp allows the entire pump assembly to separate from the engine/speed increaser without tools. Swap pump ends in minutes for field service or performance changes.

  • Low-Maintenance Drive

    Timing belt and pulley system with 1.88:1 speed increaser provides efficient, reliable power transfer. Sealed ball bearings eliminate pump end greasing in the field.

Compare WATERAX Pumps

The B2X delivers the best balance of pressure and volume for WUI operations. For maximum pressure (440 PSI), choose the BB-4 series. For a lightweight portable high-pressure option, the MARK-3 delivers 380 PSI at 98 GPM in a 62 lb package. For self-priming convenience, the VERSAX series offers 105 GPM at up to 150 PSI.
