Versatile Self-Priming Performance

The WATERAX VERSAX® series combines self-priming convenience with reliable 2-stage centrifugal pump performance. These twin-impeller pumps eliminate the need for external priming equipment, allowing you to draft directly from open water sources with a simple fill-and-start operation.

Available with 6 HP and 9 HP Honda engines, VERSAX pumps deliver pressures up to 150 PSI and flows up to 105 GPM. The compact, lightweight design makes them ideal for portable firefighting, tank filling, irrigation, boom spraying, and slip-on units on ATVs and compact utility vehicles.

Direct-drive off the engine PTO shaft provides efficient power transfer with minimal maintenance requirements. The corrosion-resistant aluminum pump body and glass fiber nylon impellers ensure long service life in demanding field conditions.

  • Self-Priming Design

    Fill the pump end through the 2" BSP priming port, start the engine, and the twin-impeller design handles the rest. No external priming equipment required for drafting from open water sources.

  • 3-Way Discharge Manifold

    Multiple discharge options with (2) 1" NPT and (1) 1-1/2" NPT ports. Hard anodized aluminum caps included. Configure your discharge to match your application requirements.

  • Corrosion-Resistant Construction

    Anodized aluminum pump body and diffusers with glass fiber nylon reinforced impellers. Powder-coated casing provides additional protection for demanding field environments.

  • Removable discharge and suction ports

    Removable discharge and suction ports provide quick access inside the pump volute. Cost-effective replacement if threads get damaged—no full pump teardown required.

The VERSAX series offers two engine options: the lightweight 6 HP VERSAX-6 for compact applications, and the 9 HP VERSAX-9 for higher pressure demands. Both are available in portable and vehicle-mount configurations.
