Wildfire Chaps

The Clogger Gen2 Wildfire Chaps are designed to provide chainsaw leg protection with a lightweight, breathable fit and unrestricted mobility. Built for demanding field conditions, they combine fire-resistant materials with certified chainsaw protection for wildland and forestry applications.

Chainsaw Protection

• Certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) to ASTM F3325 for leg protection for chainsaw users.
• Uses Clogger Arrestex FR chainsaw fabric with six layers of fully fire-resistant protective material.
• Arrestex FR incorporates Vectran cut-resistant fibers cross-woven for multi-directional strike performance.
• Waist-to-ankle coverage with extended protection on the left leg to reduce injury risk from chap rotation.

Outer Construction and Design

• Kevlar-based fire-resistant outer fabric designed for durability, flexibility, and breathability.
• Five-strap attachment system engineered to improve stability and reduce snagging risk.
• Split-leg design to support ease of movement.
• All components are fire resistant, including outer fabric, chainsaw protective layers, lining, and webbing.
• Viscose/aramid lining fabric for durability and comfort.
• High-temperature buckle fasteners.

Wildland Fire Certification

• Certified to NFPA 1977: Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting.
• UL-certified to ASTM F3325, Class C chainsaw protection.
• 2-inch belt with quick-release buckle.
