The MARK-3® Classic is the benchmark in portable wildland fire pumps, trusted by forestry agencies worldwide since 1964. Featuring a Nikasil-coated cylinder, 4-stage detachable pump end, and ULC quick connect discharge adapter, this pump delivers unmatched performance and durability in wildfire operations.

Legacy & Certification

Originally patented in 1958 and introduced in 1964, the MARK-3® passed the USDA Forest Service 100-hour endurance test in San Dimas and is listed under QPL Number 274-001. It meets or exceeds SPEC 5100-274E and is exempt from emission standards under 40 CFR 1054.660 (NSN 4320-00-890-5879).

Applications

Designed for wildland firefighting, the MARK-3® is the core of most water delivery systems. It’s also suitable for remote operations, emergency response, and rugged terrain deployments.

DETACHABLE MULTI-STAGE PUMP ENDS

WATERAX performance and dependability come from our superior multi-stage pump end design that provides unrivaled pressure and volume. Unique blister resistant mechanical rotary seal to prolong pump end longevity. Maintenance free sealed bearing to avoid the need for greasing the pump end in the field. Anodized aluminum impellers and pump body which eliminate galvanic corrosion common with bronze impellers.
